Bicycle racing hang-over

A Bicycle racing hangover is associated with a variety of symptoms that may include dehydration, tiredness, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, weakness, elevated body temperature, hypersalivation, difficulty concentrating, anxiety, irritability, sensitivity to light and noise, erratic motor functions and trouble sleeping. The symptoms vary from person to person, and occasion to occasion, usually beginning several hours after racing. It is not clear whether hangovers affect cognitive abilities.

Wanna bet? I felt like I was stuck in a rotary all day just going around and around. Then I thought of the 4 stages that I did this weekend, house guest, two trips to Sea Otter, one to Santa Cruz, etc...

Now we are back to the work week for some good recovery!
