Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tracey Ford wins B Game:)

photo stolen from proman site:)

So happy and proud of my girl for nailing one of her big goals for the past two years. Tracey won B Game today with the help of Promans fearless leader Tricky Nicky and always stong C Drumm.

If you only knew how hard she trains, the hours she works and what a great girlfriend (you'll never know that one) you would be even more impressed. She gets up at 3-4 am some days to climb hwy 9..lights, thermal tights, etc.

Big hug from me here back east. I wish I could have been there, but I'll be there for the Nationals:)

I love you.

yeah Tracie!! I know how hard she works and I know the stresses of the kind of work she does. Michael and I both let out a yelp of yeah! when we read the results.

Tracey was awesome, i felt like crap having got back from NVGP at 1am! I knew this was a big goal race for Tracey and i was hoping to help. Half way through the race i felt like shit, i told Tracey sorry but don't count on me. The best i could do was keep telling her to move up in the last few laps. With 2 to go i saw Kristin at the front with tracey 2nd wheel, kristin was fading, oh shit! I felt the swarm starting, I don't know what happened then but i sprinted like it was the end of the race, got to the front and went on a suicide mission for the next 3/4 of a lap, stringing out the field, keeping Kristin and Tracey 2nd and 3rd wheel, 1/4 lap to go Kristin took over, Alex jumped Tracey sat on and passed her at the line. All to say, its amazing to me when you know someone is counting on you, you can dig so deep, i knew this race meant so much to Tracey and i am so happy for her. I love our team, its been an emotional week with the girls in Nature Valley, i spend hours and hours on the team every week and i enjoy every minute of seeing these ladies reach their goals! Occasionally i think, how frivolous this racing stuff is, i should be working on more serious things, career, house etc then i say - Fuck it, i love it and all the girls on the team!
WELL DONE TRACEY - YOU DESERVE IT!
